POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY - INCLUSIVITY

Dearones,

What is it like when we talk about inclusivity? How does it manifest? How can it be applied, and how can we recognize it? We are seeking the answers to these questions.

Inclusivity, also known as acceptance, is a mindset that ensures every individual—regardless of their origin, age, gender, religion, or physical/mental abilities—can participate in community life with equal opportunities, respect, and appreciation.

It can appear in the workplace, among friend groups, in communities of shared interest, in LGBTQ+ communities, or even at universities—and I could go on listing more. But how does it manifest? Since energies add up—meaning they are inherently moving toward a common goal—a common point is already present among team members. This common ground may be a shared or similar life path taken so far. So there is already a common denominator that connects the participants. For this reason, acceptance happens more quickly, and they don't get hung up on minor things.

Can we recognize inclusivity even in friendships and family circles? Yes. When we meet up with friends, when we go to joint programs together—that is already a good sign. But let us not forget that those who feel segregated or excluded also need attention. How? To start with, by talking to them. By asking plenty of questions. By showing interest.

It can also be recognized by how someone treats plants, animals, and their fellow human beings. How they behave on the street, how they perceive relationships and common points. Whether they have a worldview.

Let us also look at some positive affirmations:

    I practice inclusivity.

I pay attention to my actions and to why I do what I do.

    I am accepting.

    Inclusivity conveys good energy.

I enjoy being attentive, understanding, and humble.

I care for animals with tenderness.

I build and nurture my relationships with my family and friends.

Thank you so much, travelers, for tending to yourselves today with attention, an open heart, and love. I wish you enthusiastic, vibrant, and uplifting experiences. Happy Day!

Peace and Gratitude,

Szilárd
