My dear ones, today is about emotional and spiritual tension relief. About the part of it that I’ve personally experienced and understand. These days, it’s worth being aware of such things, as it can ease your daily journey and offer protection.
When we speak of releasing tension, think of it as not holding onto a negative emotion—don’t cling to it any longer. Let it go, don’t try to possess it anymore. It was only a visitor: it came and it went. Just like in real life—when something no longer serves you, you let it go.
In doing so, you give yourself a gift, a kind of release that brings you freedom, and everything starts to look brighter. Psychosomatically, your body will follow suit: it will be able to relax more. Your muscles loosen, your stomach digests better. All of this manifests physically too—not just mentally.
By learning how to release tension, you’re able to let go of emotions that no longer serve you, the negative states, and punishing patterns. Things like anger, sorrow, grief, and depression begin to dissolve. And we realize—we don’t actually want these feelings to rule over us. Because if we allow them, we give them power over us. But we are worth so much more than that. We are far more important to ourselves.
This practice strengthens our self-confidence and self-assurance. We become certain that we are conscious of our emotions and of our bodies. We see them as allies—and they, in turn, will respond in kind. What we give is what we receive.
Let’s look at some Positive Affirmations:

Thank you, fellow travelers, for once again caring for yourselves today with attention, open hearts, and love.
I wish you joyful, uplifting, and vibrant experiences.
Have a Happy Day!
Peace and Gratitude,
Szilárd
