POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY - SOLUTION-FOCUSED THINKING

Dear Ones,

Today I’ve brought you yet another fascinating topic, and that is solution-focused thinking.

The universe of solutions means that the outcome should trigger a positive mechanism, rather than remaining in the realm of the negative—such as work left undone or problems left unsolved.

So, when we move toward a solution, we are inherently giving space for success to emerge, for the problem to be resolved. Whatever we are currently experiencing or working on, our intention is for it to be completed, accomplished, solved.

The process itself will already generate good energy and self-confidence, and the outcome will do so even more. A sense of inner security and certainty begins to surface—showing us just what we are capable of. And with that, a sense of joy and optimism also appears.

We become proud of ourselves, acknowledging that we can indeed do what we set out to do, we can achieve the goals we have set.

It’s also worth remembering that openness and a receptive attitude toward possibilities go hand in hand with a solution-focused mindset.

Solutions—or the ways in which a problem is eventually resolved—can come from many sources, sometimes unexpected ones. That’s why it’s wise to keep our eyes open.

 

Let’s look at some positive affirmations on this topic:

    I love that I am capable of finding solutions.

    I am solution-oriented

    I enjoy when problems can be solved clearly.

    I handle situations and problems well.

    I am capable of resolving what I need to.
