It has probably occurred to many of you that if something didn't go your way the first time, you didn't touch it anymore and gave up on dealing with it. Well, I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way. In other words, dare to do something new even if it was bad before. Give yourself a chance to start over and that you are much smarter and wiser to try again. This is also true for memories. A sensation, a feeling, a perception is connected to the memory and this will be the determining factor. What does this mean? You can shape your experiences from negative to positive. For example, you don't immediately see the whole thing as a bad omen, or you realize that this is what I want to do and I'm not afraid to do it again and again. You know that the first time was a very good lesson, from which you learned a lot and used what you learned.
Let's explain it from this point of view as well: hope is a muscle that we can constantly train. And so hope - that yes, we can do much better - will transform into a very pleasant, sparkling memory, what was difficult, what was serious, under which we thought we would be lost forever. This is the real transmutation in him.
You know this is the miracle in this existence. We have our own free will. We ourselves decide what we want to do. In this way, we can freely decide about our memories, our actions, our thoughts, what we eat, and where we go to recharge. What energies do we surround ourselves with? Or what energies do we really use to protect ourselves. That's the wonder of it.
Let's look at some positive affirmations for this topic:
- I think fondly of my memories.
- I successfully transmute my negative, difficult memories.
- My memories, my memory has changed for the better.
- I can finally think about my experiences freely, calmly and with a calm head.
- My mental burdens began to disappear and transform into healing.
- My memories are all healed
Thank you, my dear agenarians and agrathonauts for tuning in today as well. I wish you a soulful and effervescing practice for this week.
Happiness and Peace,
Szilárd
