The key here is fixation. Why? So that you can remain on a higher plane when you meditate or enter a flow state, and so your attention can remain fixed. It is helpful to have a fixed point that you can look at or dedicate your attention to during the practice. It can be a plant, an object, or even a relic. The key point is that with the help of a breathing exercise, you can attune yourself to the object of your deepening. So first, initiate relaxing breaths. Meanwhile, you can open your eyes, and then when you already feel yourself entering a relaxed state, gently close your eyes and evoke in the area of your third eye what your gaze had fixed upon. At this time, you can radiate positive thoughts at your heart chakra and a pink heart, which will help you on your journey
The essence is to create harmony and for thought anchoring/deepening to occur. It is worthwhile to recall positive thoughts and to place an aura around yourself that is filled with the energy of this pink heart, as well as the image from the third eye.
With this, you will not only strengthen your visualization but will also acquire a higher energy magic practice.
