POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY - ATARAXIA

My dear ones,

How can you protect your peace of mind so that external storms won’t put you off? How do you keep in shape your serenity and your mental balance?

Who or what gets in the way, if you outline an idea, a future plan and then you stand on the edge of the abyss? How much does the opinion and influence of others discourage you from fulfilling your true desires and dreams?

How is this going? This is what we will be talking about in the material of today's class. How can you solve this smartly while making good progress? The importancy is that you make yourself aware of the fact that 1. you don't even have to share all the information or details 2. if you redirect the topic to the fact that you are talking about the family, about whose condition it is completely appropriate here. You start to unfold the essence yourself nicely and by involving people who know about it. But how does all this really add to your peace of mind, which does not deter you?

We like to tell stories, share our joys, or if we have invented something good and know it, we feel that it will have a positive effect on us. Inadequate ears will react to this either with reasoning, or with envy, anger, and other negative channels. In order to avoid this, I outlined the above options. However, a question arises. What if the person is fully aware of these and still has to share his good news in front of such an "audience"? In my opinion, that's a whole other level. Where our subject has strong, solid determinations and foundations and knows that he will carry out his plan with complete dedication, as soon as he has decided to implement it. When you bring your passion into it, you have a winning case. Well, maybe they were sent there to create order, cleanliness and homeliness.

So let's take it easy, people. Let's dare to dream calmly and be absolutely sure that even if we get stuck, help will appear right next to us. Why? Because we are not alone. Wink wink.
