GRATITUDE ATTITUDE
Dear Agenorians and Agrathonauts,
Today - like always - I brought to you a kind topic, one of the favourites of my heart. To be grateful seemed to me quite quite far a few years ago. I had had to learn and get used to it, that this is exist by thinking of it or wording it, or describing it we can fell its energy, its vibration.
Then as time past I became braver and if I’m wording it I feel very good. Like a pleasant, happy, caressing wave floating around me. I recognize this flow as a gentle türqoise and soft magenta thriving frm the inside to the outside and acting as a shield.
To be grateful is a good thing. It indicates that specific events start to happen in your life to which you are full of you and you like it when it unfolds. The result will be that the Universe going to send you more experiences like that so you will become more grateful and so on and so on.
Start it small, enjoy it while practicing because you have plenty of time. Do it for yourself. Do it to uplift yourself! You will get used to this and will come by instincts. Trust me you will be grateful!
The following health benefits it can produce:
- wide, pleasant smile
- clearing of mind-fog
- jovial perspective
- increasing of happiness
- bodycramp looseness
- negative feelings disappear (angriness, sorrow, gloom etc.)
- less nervousness
- less stress
- less chwing on something
- balancing chakras, especially the heart chakra
