My dear ones,
Why is this topic so important? Why is it so essential that we don't drag ourselves down?
The goal is to be as free and light as possible and not let our souls be weighed down by weights. So don't look at what you could have done better, but at the fact that you did try anyway. You did it in order to achieve your goal.
In other words, resenting yourself for not being perfect is completely amateurish. You are feeding unnecessary burdens and negativity. But if this has alrea, it's okay, because we can turn it around, or transform it, at any time. You are also a magician who is able to transform this into gold, which will be useful, embracing, and positive.
Obviously, what you know today, you may not have known anything about 10 years ago, and all you have left is a memory and you still carry it with you. Feel free to throw off these heavy clothes, because they no longer serve you and do not look good on you. They are outdated, worn out and should be burned. Dress yourself in fresh, airy, light clothes, which have weight like air. They lift you up, lift you up and make you noble and light.
Forgive yourself in all your actions, words and thoughts. Be softer, kinder to yourself. Speak gently to yourself, use kind words, caress. Caress and hug yourself. So that you feel that you are embracing yourself and giving yourself the attention and care that you have always expected from others. Let your actions prove that you are no longer hindering yourself, not getting in your way and not treating yourself badly. Free yourself calmly. The time is now!
Let's look at some positive affirmations:
- I love myself
- I speak kindly, gently and lovingly to my inner child
- I listen to my soul and love it
- I am kind to myself
- I call myself by my name
- I have forgiven myself
- I feel peace and live at peace with myself
Thank you very much, travelers, for taking care of yourself with attention, open hearts and love today. I wish you enthusiastic, sparkling and uplifting experiences. Happy Day!
Peace and Gratitude,
Szilárd
